Who we are
Homestead Studios (operated by Skinner Futures Inc, a Utah corporation) is a real-estate photography and marketing studio. This policy covers what we collect when you book a shoot, browse this site, or interact with the photos we deliver.
What we collect
- Information you give us during booking — name, email, phone, brokerage, property address, access notes, and payment details (processed by Square — we never store full card numbers).
- Information from your visit — page views, referrer, device type, and IP address, collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
- Photographs of the properties we're hired to shoot. We treat these as the agent's marketing assets.
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver the shoot you booked.
- To send transactional email (booking confirmations, status updates, delivery notifications). You can't opt out of these while a booking is active.
- To build a property landing page for the listing — branded with the agent's info.
- Aggregate, de-identified analytics on site performance.
Who we share it with
- Square — for invoicing and payment processing.
- Google Calendar — to schedule shoots on our photographers' calendars.
- Resend — to deliver transactional email.
- Supabase — our database and file storage.
- We do not sell your data, ever.
Photo rights
Photos we deliver to you are licensed for use in marketing the specific property they were shot for. We retain the right to display them in our portfolio, social media, and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies (and similar localStorage) to keep you logged in to the client portal and to remember your booking-form progress. We don't use third-party tracking cookies unless you visit a page with the Facebook Pixel enabled — clearly disclosed when present.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data, export your bookings, or correct anything inaccurate. Email ledger@homesteadstudios.infoand we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and update the effective date above. Material changes will be flagged with a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days.
