The Heber Valley is the Wasatch Back's quiet powerhouse — Red Ledges golf estates, Midway's Swiss-village charm, new construction climbing the benches above Heber City, and reservoir properties on Jordanelle and Deer Creek where the water view is the listing. Almost every property here has a view story, and view stories are told from the air: our FAA-licensed drone work is built for exactly this valley.
Timing matters more here than almost anywhere we shoot — the valley floor fogs on winter mornings, Timpanogos throws long shadows by late afternoon, and the best light on a Midway pasture property is a 20-minute window. We plan Heber shoots around those windows, not around our calendar.
About 45 minutes from Draper through Provo Canyon — an easy add to any Park City day, which keeps Heber scheduling fast.
Heber and Midway sit in one of Utah's densest STR corridors (Jordanelle, Deer Valley East, Midway resorts). We shoot vacation-rental sets that compete directly with Park City inventory — because on Airbnb, they do.
