HDR photos, drone aerials, cinematic video and 3D tours — shot when the light is right, delivered the next morning.
Park City is a luxury market, and luxury buyers shop with their eyes. A Deer Valley ski-in/ski-out or an Old Town Victorian doesn't need more photos — it needs the right ones: twilight exteriors with the resort lights on, drone lines that show the run access, interiors exposed so the timber and glass actually read. That's the standard we shoot to at every price point.
We also shoot Park City's other market: the short-term rental. Empire Pass condos, Canyons Village lock-offs, Jordanelle new builds — STR listings here compete against hundreds of near-identical units on Airbnb and VRBO, and the photo set is the difference between 60% and 85% occupancy. Lifestyle staging, hot-tub-at-dusk shots, winter/summer refresh sets — it's half our Park City work.
Draper to Park City is about 40 minutes through Parley's — close enough that weather windows and fresh-snow twilight shoots are easy to catch.
Short-term rental owners: we shoot Airbnb/VRBO sets year-round, including seasonal refreshes so your January listing isn't selling July. See our short-term rental packages.
Short-term rental packagesYes — winter is our favorite season in Park City. Fresh snow + twilight + resort lights is the highest-converting exterior a ski home can have.
Yes. We regularly work inside checkout-to-checkin windows and coordinate directly with your cleaner or co-host.
Every Park City shoot gets magazine-grade editing; larger estates typically add cinematic video, twilight, and Matterport so out-of-state buyers can walk the home remotely.
