We shoot a lot of new construction out here, and it photographs differently — builder-grade white walls need careful exposure to avoid the sterile look, unlandscaped yards need framing (or virtual grass), and half-built streetscapes need drone angles that emphasize the mountain backdrop instead of the dirt lots next door.
